Job summary

BOLIA in Aarhus is seeking two Customer Care Consultants to support our German speaking markets. You will handle sales and service, advise customers by phone, email and social media, and ensure fast, thorough resolutions.

Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Experience with telephone and written customer service and with D365 is advantageous. This on-site role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment and a chance to grow with the New Ways of Working.
