Job summary

BOLIA in Aarhus is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to support our German market. You will be an ambassador, handling inquiries via phone, email and social media from our head office in V%C3%A6rkmestergade.

The role focuses on sales and service with 12–15 hours per week, primarily evenings and occasional Saturdays. You will collaborate across departments to deliver quick, high-quality solutions and keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• You speak and write fluent German - this is a requirement.
• You are also fluent in written and spoken English, and it will be a plus if you also speak Italian.
• Experience with telephone and written customer service will be an advantage
• You are very service-minded and put the customer first
• You take pride in solving tasks quickly and efficiently
• You are motivated by performance reviews and see them as a way to grow
• You are a good team player and help everyone reach the goal
• Experience with D365 will be an advantage
• You master the office suite and have an interest and flair for IT.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers and stores by phone, email and social media
• Handling complaints and ensuring satisfactory and quick resolutions for customers
• Follow-up on payments, deliveries and other customer‑related administrative tasks
• Working closely with the other departments and our stores
• Ensuring optimal workflows and solutions for the customer and BOLIA, independently and in collaboration with your colleagues
