Job summary

Form & Frys Maskinteknik, based in Hobro, Denmark, seeks a Managing Director who can translate strategy into action, drive profitable growth, and lead across sales, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and finance.

You will have full P&L responsibility, own budgeting and forecasting, and work with the Board and international stakeholders to build a scalable organization. Fluency in Danish and English and willingness to travel are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, performance, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Own the financial performance of the business, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery against targets and KPIs.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities and strengthen structures, processes, and leadership capabilities across sales, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, finance, and people.
• Commercially strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work with the parent organization to leverage international reach while maintaining Form & Frys' entrepreneurial mindset and technical expertise.
