Job summary

Job description

• You bring several years of experience at Managing Director, Country Manager or Business Unit Head level with full P&L responsibility, including proven leadership experience in warehousing and contract logistics operations.

• The role centres on leading a clearly prioritised turnaround to restore profitability, operational stability and execution discipline.

• You independently identify operational and commercial weaknesses, analyse root causes and translate insights into decisive action.

• The customer and contract portfolio is actively reshaped to prioritise value contribution, economic discipline and risk control over volume or legacy.

• You lead the organisation as a leader of leaders, setting clear expectations, measurable targets and strict accountability across the leadership team.

• Governance, decision‑making and escalation frameworks are clearly defined, consistently applied and personally role‑modelled.

• You represent the Danish business with clarity and credibility towards the customers, the Group Board and stakeholders.
