Job summary

Zeekr Europe in Denmark seeks a structured Parts & Accessories Support Specialist to bolster the service market for our premium EV brand. You will collaborate with dealers and internal teams to manage parts and accessories operations across Europe, ensuring accurate data and timely fulfillment.

Fluency in Danish and English, strong IT skills, and a proactive mindset are required to thrive in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

Experience from aftersales, parts, accessories, or logistics – preferably within the automotive industry.
Good understanding of dealer operations and service market processes.
Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
Strong IT skills and experience with ERP/DMS systems.
Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.
Ability to work independently in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

Operational support to authorized dealers regarding parts and accessories.
Processing and follow-up of orders, backorders, and deliveries.
Coordination with European warehouses and logistics centers.
Monitoring availability, lead times, and assortment for parts and accessories.
Optimization of parts and accessories flow.
Handling returns and claims related to parts and accessories.
Supporting local warehousing and accessory solutions where applicable.
Close collaboration with Technical Support, Warranty, Service Market, and Sales.
Ensuring structured and high-quality accessory information (usage, compatibility, installation).
Reporting and analysis of parts- and accessories-related KPIs.
