Job summary

BYD Denmark is seeking a dynamic Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our After Sales operations. You will support Danish dealer network with remote diagnostics, on-site visits, and technical training, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction across Denmark and parts of Europe.

Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will identify technical challenges, develop bulletins, and collaborate with HQ to uphold NEV product standards. Travel across Denmark and Europe will be regular.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in automotive or NEV industries.
• Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Denmark and Europe.
• Valid EU driver's license and right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for the Danish dealer network, ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of regional technical capabilities through dealer visits and workshops.
• Organize and deliver targeted technical training programs for new models and certifications.
• Collect and analyze data on product issues and contribute to root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Prepare technical bulletins, repair case studies, and diagnostic guidelines for knowledge sharing.
• Lead regional product risk cases and coordinate with HQ for reliability improvements.
• Support implementation of quality and technical standards aligned with BYD After Sales strategy.
• Travel regularly across Denmark and Europe to provide on-site support.
