Job summary

Ramboll in Denmark seeks a Senior Lead Engineer for Power Systems and Grid Connections. You will deliver high voltage design, guide technical scope, and coordinate engineering teams across projects in Denmark, including DOE and P2X contexts.

With strong client advisory skills, you will ensure technically robust solutions aligned with business goals, while advancing Ramboll’s energy projects and portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Power Systems, high voltage and grid connections.
• Experience in managing projects and engineering teams.
• Commercial mindset with client-facing skills.
• Strong Danish and English written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high voltage systems per standards and regulations.
• Handle grid connections and grid compliance per grid codes for clients.
• Lead technical scope and coordinate smaller to mid-size engineering teams.
• Prepare technical specs for transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing and protection.
• Support procurement with technical clarifications during execution.
• Participate in factory and site acceptance testing.
• Act as Owners Engineer and contribute to sales and proposals.
