Job summary

IFF is seeking a Senior Total Rewards professional to shape compensation, benefits and retirement strategy across EMEA during a major business transformation. The role partners with HR and global rewards to keep offerings market-aligned and well-governed, enabling talent attraction and retention.

As the regional expert, you will deliver compensation planning, governance alignment, and data-informed workforce decisions, while engaging with vendors and local stakeholders to sustain program

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Total Rewards or HR with compensation responsibility.
• Experience handling multi-country compensation programs across EMEA.
• Experience with pension/retirement programs in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compensation planning, salary reviews and rewards processes across the region.
• Ensure alignment of rewards governance, job evaluation and pay practices across EMEA markets.
• Leverage market benchmarks to support talent, retention and workforce investment decisions.
• Serve as regional contact for Global Benefits Director on EMEA benefits and retirement programs.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors, consultants and trustees to manage programs.
• Provide benefits and retirement program analysis for decision-making and cost oversight.
• Identify opportunities to streamline rewards processes and improve transparency in decision-making.
• Help ensure compliance with local requirements across EMEA countries.
