Job summary

Cecilie Bahnsen, established in 2015 in Copenhagen, is seeking a structured and proactive Customer Care & Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our E-commerce team in Copenhagen. You will contribute to securing a great customer experience across our D2C business, handling orders, care, and admin tasks daily.

You will work in a small team, take responsibility for orders, returns, and shipments, and optimise our systems such as Gorgias.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, proactive and structured.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Service-minded and thrives in dialogue with customers and partners.
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Webshipper and/or MyLink is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across email and social channels, ensuring a personal, professional brand experience.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and a passion for the brand in all interactions.
• Handle e-commerce order processing, including picking, packing and shipping.
• Handle returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate shipments and orders, including contact with carriers and customs documentation.
• Organise and maintain inventory, including stock counts.
• Take ownership of optimising Gorgias and automating customer service and order handling.
