Job summary

Klar is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Copenhagen team. You will answer calls, emails, and social media, guiding customers through our products and resolving issues with care.

You will work with Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian markets while using English as our company language. Onsite presence in Nørrebro is required, with a supportive, scale-up environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer support via phone and online channels.
• Experience from telco, B2B contact centre or online platform is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish/Danish/Norwegian, with English at a high professional level.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and social media messages with empathy and accuracy.
• Guide customers through Klar products and troubleshoot issues.
• Proactively reach out to customers with interest and convert it to sales.
• Handle B2B inquiries from carpenters and builders and close claims where needed.
