Job summary

Kraft Heinz Denmark is seeking a senior leader to head up the Danish retail business within the Nordics, responsible for full P&L, strategy, and delivering double-digit growth. You will drive the Danish retail agenda with a data-driven, cross-functional approach and strong customer partnership.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Nordics, you will build Joint Business Plans, manage 20+ customers, and lead a small team while collaborating with Finance, Supply, and Marketing to drive integrated,

Qualifications

Senior sales leadership experience, ideally with full P&L responsibility
Proven track record in building customer relationships with major retail accounts
Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching high-performing teams

Responsibilities

Drive the direct retail business in Denmark with full P&L ownership and long-term strategic planning
Lead Joint Business Planning, forecasting, pricing, and promotions; manage customer relations across Denmark
Develop and coach a small team (2 direct reports) and partner with Head of Retail Nordics and cross-functional teams
