Responsibilities

• Manage account and billing support, guiding users through sign-up and payments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure smooth streaming experiences.
• Act as a retention specialist by empathizing with cancellations and offering reasons to stay.
• Collaborate with the team using the knowledge base, attend weekly meetings, and escalate when needed.
