Next Job Abroad is hiring enthusiastic Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a world-renowned streaming giant in Greece. You’ll handle inbound calls and chats, resolve login issues, payments, and app navigation, delivering first-class support.

You’ll grow into social media and email support roles while benefiting from relocation assistance, paid training, and a vibrant multicultural team of expats. Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2) are required to help fans across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluency at C1 or native level in Danish.
• English proficiency at B2 for training and knowledge base navigation.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using PCs and apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly, helpful vibe.
• Active users of major streaming services are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats resolving login issues, payments, and app navigation.
• Answer inquiries about subtitles, new content, promos, and features.
• Help retain subscribers by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality service.
