Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Support specialist to join a global streaming platform. You will support Danish-speaking customers remotely from Greece, handling account queries, streaming issues, and payments while delivering top‑notch service.
Relocation is provided along with a competitive salary and two extra monthly salaries every year, plus health insurance and training. This role offers full remote work from Greece with career progression opportunities.
Qualifications
- Speaks fluent Danish.
- Has good English communication skills.
- Enjoys helping people solve problems.
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- Has previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Is excited about living and working abroad.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account and subscription questions.
- Troubleshoot streaming, login and payment issues.
- Help users navigate the platform and its features.
- Provide friendly, efficient and solution‑focused support.
