Qualifications
- Speaks fluent Danish.
- Has good English communication skills.
- Enjoys helping people solve problems.

- Has previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).

- Assist customers with account and subscription questions.
- Troubleshoot streaming, login and payment issues.
