Responsibilities

• Account & Billing Support: assist users with sign-up, billing history, and payment methods.
• Troubleshooting & Connectivity: guide users to resolve streaming issues across devices.
• Retention Specialist: empathize with users considering cancellation and suggest retention options.
• Collaboration Co-Star: work with the knowledge base, attend weekly team meetings, escalate when needed.
