Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Streaming Support agent to work remotely from Greece. You will assist Danish subscribers via chat and phone, troubleshoot streaming issues, payments, and app navigation, and guide customers so they can enjoy their content without interruption.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish speaker.
• Solid English skills.
• Basic tech/troubleshooting ability.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chat & phone support for Danish-speaking subscribers.
• Troubleshooting streaming issues, payment questions and app navigation.
• Guiding subscribers so they can enjoy their content interruption-free.
• Communicating with empathy, clarity and patience.
