Next Job Abroad is hiring Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists in Greece to assist millions of fans with login issues, payments, and app navigation. You will resolve technical glitches and guide users through streaming features, delivering friendly, top-tier support.

You’ll start on calls and live chats, with potential growth into social media and email support. Relocation to Athens is provided, with training and a multicultural team of expats.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (C1 or near-native) required.
• English at B2 level for training and navigation.
• Comfortable with PCs and multitasking across software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly attitude.
• Active streaming service users are welcome

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats for login, payments, and app navigation.
• Troubleshoot buffering and app crashes with clear guidance.
• Answer questions about subtitles, new releases, promos, and features.
• Deliver high-quality, 5-star customer service to retain subscribers
