Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish at C1 or near-native level.
• English proficiency at B2 level for training and knowledge base navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist streaming fans with login issues, payments, app navigation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Answer inquiries about subtitles, new content releases, promos, and features.
• Deliver high-quality, friendly service to retain subscribers and reduce churn.
• Grow into additional responsibilities like social media and email support.
