Netflix is seeking a Netflix Customer Culture Expert for the Danish market. You will be the voice of entertainment, assisting customers on sign-ups, billing, and connectivity issues while delivering an exceptional streaming experience.

Qualifications

• Danish at advanced levels (C1/C2) required.
• Fluent English (B2) for training and internal comms.
• Fast typing speed (25 wpm) or faster.

Responsibilities

• The Account Director (Account & Billing Support): help users set up accounts, review billing history and payment methods.
• The Tech Wizard (Troubleshooting & Connectivity): guide users through errors to ensure smooth streaming on devices.
• The Retention Specialist (The Empathizer): listen to concerns and encourage subscribers to stay subscribed.
• The Collaboration Co-Star: work with English KB, join weekly meetings, escalate complex cases to Tier 2 in English.
