You will handle betting, payments and account queries with a focus on solutions and a positive customer experience, working full-time with evenings, weekends and public holidays as part of a dynamic sportsbook calendar.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish with solid English (written and verbal).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking ability.
• Proactive problem solving and ownership mindset.
• Open to feedback and personal development.
• Good computer literacy; CRM experience is a plus.
