Next Job Abroad is expanding its multilingual Customer Support team in Malta. We are seeking a Danish-speaking agent to handle chat, email and phone interactions, delivering top-tier service while adhering to SLAs. Prior gaming/betting experience is a bonus, but adaptability and eagerness to learn are key.

Qualifications

• Language skills: Danish and English fluency (written and spoken).
• Experience: at least 1 year in customer support (gaming/betting industry beneficial).
• Availability: able to work on a shift basis including weekdays and weekends.
• The right persona: highly adaptable, proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Malta-based candidates preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional support to customers via live chat, phone and email while meeting SLAs.
• Be the brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
• Investigate and resolve product or service issues by listening, identifying root causes and providing solutions.
• Track and document customer records and log contact histories per data protection procedures.
• Assist management by reporting technical issues, trends and participating in ad-hoc projects.
