Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a growing iGaming team in Malta. You will handle customer queries across sportsbook and online casino, via phone, chat and email, taking ownership from start to finish while coordinating with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.

The role offers a hybrid working model with relocation support and up to 40 remote days per year, plus a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Danish and good English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year in customer support within a call centre.
• Strong computer skills across multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries from start to finish.
• Process withdrawals and manage KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Work with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs and deliver outstanding customer experience.
