Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Malta operations. You’ll handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely, friendly support in Danish and English.

We value adaptability and a proactive attitude; previous iGaming/betting experience is a bonus but not required. After training, you’ll contribute to SLAs and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of customer support experience; gaming/betting background is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support via live chat, email, and phone while meeting SLAs.
• Be a professional, empathetic brand ambassador in every interaction.
• Investigate and resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes.
• Accurately maintain customer records and log contact histories per data protection rules.
• Support management with reporting on issues and market trends.
