Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-growing iGaming team in Malta. You will handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, mastering sportsbook and online casino products while collaborating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

In Malta you will enjoy a Mediterranean lifestyle, relocation support, and a hybrid work pattern with the option to work remotely up to 40 days yearly.

Qualifications

• Danish and English communication skills are essential.
• 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre is required.
• Good computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
• Interest in sports betting and online casino is a plus.
• EU passport or right to work in Malta is required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Process withdrawals and manage KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs and deliver excellent customer experience.
