Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an iGaming team in Malta. You will handle sportsbook and online casino inquiries via phone, chat, and email, taking ownership of cases from start to finish and coordinating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

The role offers a hybrid work model with up to 40 remote days per year and a relocation package to Malta. A passion for sports betting and online casino is a plus, with EU work eligibility required.

Qualifications

Danish and English language skills required (written and spoken).
At least 1 year in customer support, preferably in a call centre.
Good computer skills across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
Resolve inquiries from start to finish.
Process withdrawals and handle KYC documentation.
Perform daily security checks on accounts.
Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
Contribute to team KPIs and deliver excellent CX.
