We are expanding our multilingual Customer Support team and looking for a driven, adaptable Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our operations in vibrant Malta.

In this role, you'll act as the friendly voice and face of our brand, managing customer interactions across chat, email, and phone. While a background in the iGaming/sports betting industry is a wonderful bonus, it's not a strict dealbreaker—what matters most to us is your adaptability, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Your Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide top-tier assistance to customers via live chat, phone, and email while maintaining required departmental and individual SLAs.

Be the Brand Ambassador: Act as a professional, empathetic representative of the company during every customer interaction.

Problem Solving & Resolution: Investigate and resolve product or service issues by carefully listening to complaints, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions.

Track & Document: Accurately maintain customer records and log contact histories while adhering strictly to data protection procedures.

Insights & Reporting: Assist the management team by reporting technical issues, highlighting emerging market trends, and pitching in on ad-hoc projects when needed.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience: At least 1 year of customer support experience (experience within the gaming/betting industry is highly beneficial)
• Availability: Flexibility to work on a shift basis, covering both weekdays and weekends (mornings and evenings)
• The Right Persona: Highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment
• Location: Candidates currently living in Malta will be given preference
