Next Job Abroad is hiring Customer Support Consultants to help users with popular digital apps, wallets, and streaming accounts. No technical degree required, just a friendly, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to relocate to Sofia.

You will handle chat, email, and phone inquiries, keep things friendly and efficient, and join a structured training program to get you up to speed before handling live content. EU work rights required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and solid professional English skills.
• No technical coding or engineering degree required.
• Ready to move abroad and commit for at least 1 year.
• Valid EU work rights (EU Passport).

Responsibilities

• Help users via chat, email, and phone with non-technical issues.
• Keep interactions friendly, helpful, and solution oriented.
• Attend to shift from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
