Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish speakers to swap home for a year in Sofia, Bulgaria. You'll join an international Customer Service team, assist customers with digital products and services, and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and CRM systems. No tech degree required.

Full training is provided. You will work with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, learn processes, and grow product knowledge while collaborating with an international team.
