Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and solid English skills.
• Enjoy talking to people and sorting out quick puzzles.
• Good computer skills handling chats, emails and phone tools.
• Willing to move abroad and commit for at least 1 year.
• EU work rights (EU Passport).

Responsibilities

• Assist users via chat, email and phone with non-technical issues.
