Mercedes in Crete is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Care Representative to join a premium brand and support customers on vehicles, services, and accounts. The role is on-site in Crete with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and includes a paid training program to onboard you before full production.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish in speech and writing (near-native preferred).
• Good English skills (B2).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking and computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, online tools).
• Team player who can work independently.
• Flexible and available for late shifts or weekends.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Interest in cars or premium automotive services is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services and accounts.
• Handle interactions via phone, chat and email professionally and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain high service standards and follow internal procedures.
• Participate in paid training and onboarding before production start.
• Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends.
