Mercedes in Crete is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Care Representative to support customers about vehicles, services, and accounts via phone, email, and chat. You will join a premium global brand on-site in Crete with relocation support and paid training.

The role requires Danish fluency, good English (B2), strong communication, and the ability to multitask across systems. Expect flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a comprehensive onboarding program.

Formación

• Fluent Danish and English proficiency are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work in a team and independently when needed.
• Willingness to work late shifts or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts
• Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions
• Maintain high standards of service quality and follow internal procedures
• Participate in paid training and onboarding before starting full production
• Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
