Mercedes in Crete is seeking a Customer Care Representative fluent in Danish to support customers on vehicles, services, and accounts via phone, email, and chat.

You will join a premium brand, enjoy relocation support, and work on-site in Crete with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training and onboarding are provided to start in the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish language skills (spoken and written).
• Good English skills (B2).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, online tools).
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to work late shifts or weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Interest in cars or premium automotive services is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts.
