Mercedes in Crete is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Care Representative to handle inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts via phone, email, and chat. You will join a premium brand in a vibrant European setting and support customers with a world-class experience.

On-site in Crete, you will participate in paid training, work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends), and receive relocation support plus health insurance and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish language skills for handling inquiries.
• Good English skills (B2) and strong written/verbal communication.
• Able to multitask and use Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts.
• Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain high service quality and follow internal procedures.
• Participate in paid training and onboarding before full production.
• Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
