Job summary

Mercedes in Crete is seeking a Customer Care Representative fluent in Danish to support customers on vehicles, services, and accounts via phone, email and chat, delivering world-class service on-site in Greece.

You will join a premium brand with full relocation support (flight, temporary housing) and a training and onboarding program. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and offers a competitive monthly salary plus two extra annual payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish, written and spoken.
• Good English skills (B2) are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong multitasking and computer literacy.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Flexible to work late shifts or weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Interest in cars and premium brands is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts.
• Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain high service quality and follow internal procedures.
• Participate in paid training and onboarding before starting full production.
