Job summary

Mercedes is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Crete to support Danish-speaking customers with vehicle, service, and account inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will provide world-class service for a premium brand on the island.

The role requires fluent Danish, good English, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team or independently. On-site relocation is provided, with paid training, health insurance, and opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (written and spoken).
• Good English skills (B2).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and use Windows/MS Office.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible, with availability for evenings and weekends.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Interest in cars or automotive services is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts
• Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions
• Maintain high standards of service quality and follow internal procedures
• Participate in paid training and onboarding before starting full production
• Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
