Pandektes Copenhagen Full-time role for a Customer Success Manager focused on the DACH market. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, and contribute to delivering strong relationships and measurable impact on their experience with Pandektes.

The role involves teaching, collaborating with account executives, and shaping CS processes as a small, fast-growing team scales.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in customer success.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust.
• Willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Responsabilidades

• Handle onboarding to renewal for German-speaking customers.
