Ferm Living in Copenhagen is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Service team member to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers. Based in Copenhagen, this full-time role focuses on handling daily inquiries via email and phone, processing orders, returns, and claims, and coordinating with our Danish and US warehouses to ensure smooth deliveries.

You thrive in a busy environment, are highly organized, and communicate clearly in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce, lifestyle, design or interiors.
• Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Business Central and Shopify is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of daily customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Process and follow up on orders, returns and claims.
• Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners and freight forwarders.
