We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our fast-growing e-commerce company in Herning As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels such as email chat and social media

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
