Job summary
Ayvens is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and evolve our CS organization in Denmark. You will drive digital transformation, optimize the customer journey, and ensure exceptional service across all touchpoints while reporting to the Operations & Services Director.
Responsibilities include leading a team of 16, expanding Salesforce-driven processes, and leveraging AI to enhance customer support. This is an on-site role requiring Danish and English fluency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, or similar.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, process optimization, and workflow design.
- Experience implementing or using AI solutions within Customer Service (Salesforce ecosystem preferred).
- Fluent in Danish and English, with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a 16-person CS team (incl. 2 Team Leads) and drive customer experience.
- Own digital transformation initiatives and KPI-driven performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT and other functions to improve service levels.
- Champion Salesforce Service Cloud adoption and automation across the org.
- Use data to inform decisions and optimize the customer journey.
