Job summary

Accenture Song in Denmark seeks a Functional AI Consultant to design, build, and deploy AI agents that enhance customer journeys across service, sales, and marketing. You’ll work with Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and other platforms, applying prompt engineering and RAG techniques while mentoring junior colleagues.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CX platform development experience, strong English, and an interest in applied AI/LLM concepts in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience on at least one major CX or service platform.
• Experience with building AI agents and applied AI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, retrieval, agent testing).
• Platform certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to resolve customer requests and improve journeys.
• Configure agent behavior across service, sales, and marketing platforms.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval, and testing practices for reliable production agents.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and stakeholders to turn CX ambitions into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants / analysts and contribute to best practices and code quality.
• Stay updated on agentic AI and CRM/CX landscape and share learnings.
