Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and related automation initiatives.
- Experience implementing or using AI within Customer Service environments, preferably in Salesforce ecosystems.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Customer Service or similar.
- Proven track record of delivering strong operational and customer performance via KPIs.
Responsibilities

- Champion Salesforce Service Cloud adoption and AI-driven support across the org.
