Job summary

Gavdi Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Bid Manager to join our growing Nordic team. This role sits at the heart of our commercial process, coordinating bids from qualification to submission and ensuring proposals are precise, compliant, and compelling.

You will own bid templates, track deadlines, and collaborate across client partners, legal, and commercial teams. Based in Copenhagen or surrounding area, you will shape how bid management works and help scale our success in HR technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management, proposal coordination or related commercial roles.
• Strong written communication skills across teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple bids and keep them on track.

Responsibilities

• Support bid process end to end from qualification to submission.
• Own and improve bid templates and case studies library.
• Assist with reviewing legal and contractual content in bids.
• Keep bid documentation organised, on-brand and high quality.
• Track bid status, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements to tools and templates.
• Provide presales collateral and references as needed.
• Support compliance activities related to certifications.
