Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, communication, business or related field.
• 2+ years in architectural sector.
• Experience supporting PQs and pitches for public and private clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Scandinavian language a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience.
• Strong visual eye; ability to create presentation material in InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead prequalification processes with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Support formation of strong project teams for tenders and strategic opportunities in key markets.
• Research clients, market trends, and relevant background information to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Create engaging business-development content, including award submissions, announcements, and trade-show materials.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments within the studio’s practices and markets.
• Strengthen the studios’ network and relationships with collaborators and potential clients.
• Helping expand SHL’s reach and visibility within the industry through outreach, events and industry networks.
