Job summary

PPG Industries (UK) Limited in Denmark seeks a Commercial Excellence Analyst to drive sales transformation across the Danish market and contribute to regional analytics initiatives. You will bridge global strategy and local execution, support sales training, and monitor KPI-driven progress with a cross-functional team.

The role requires 2–4 years in a commercial/analytics role, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a commercial, sales, business analytics, or related role.
Solid understanding of commercial and sales processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage; Power BI is a plus.
Fluency in Danish and English; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and drive the implementation of PPG's sales transformation framework in Denmark across seven streams.
Bridge global strategy and local execution, embedding regional priorities locally.
Design and deliver sales training to grow the local sales team's capability.
Track and report KPIs, feeding insights into performance reviews and progress.
Collaborate with the Market Unit Director and regional Commercial Excellence team.
