Job summary

Centrum Personale seeks a Commercial Controlling & Reporting Analyst to support Nordic Controlling with performance management, insights, and reporting transformation. The role spans two years with potential extension and reports to the Head of Controlling Nordics in Copenhagen.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Controlling/Finance, 3–5 years in related fields, and is proficient in Excel and Power BI, with strong communication across functions in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Controlling, Finance, Reporting and/or Data Analysis.
• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance or Data Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance Management & Reporting.
• Monitor and analyze commercial performance (new business, wastages & renewals).
• Top line analysis including premium/service revenue.
• Support budgeting & forecasting with local and regional management.
• Ensure accuracy and timely commercial reporting.
• Track actuals vs budgets and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain commercial KPIs and dashboards.
• Provide insights to management and support decision-making.
• Data analysis and process automation within commercial/financial processes.
• Migrate reports to a new system while maintaining data quality.
