Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a commercial, sales, business analytics, or related role.
• Solid understanding of commercial and sales processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the implementation of sales transformation framework across the Danish market.
• Act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution; embed regional priorities locally.
• Support the design and delivery of sales training initiatives to build capability.
• Track, analyse, and report on KPIs and transformation progress discussions.
• Collaborate with the Market Unit Director and regional Commercial Excellence team for alignment.
