• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

Commercial Excellence Analyst

This role is central to making that transformation happen on the ground while contributing to a regional agenda that reaches well beyond Denmark. Key Responsibilities

Commercial Excellence & Sales Transformation

• Coordinate and drive the implementation of PPG’s sales transformation framework across the Danish market, covering seven key streams: sales talent, sales training, sales leadership, Salesforce CRM pipeline management, operating cadence, customer relationship management, and sales enablement.
• Act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, ensuring that regional priorities are adapted and embedded effectively within the local organization.
• Support the design and delivery of sales training initiatives to build capability across the local sales team.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators, feeding insights into performance reviews and transformation progress discussions.
• Collaborate closely with the Market Unit Director and the regional Commercial Excellence team to ensure alignment and consistency.

Pricing & Revenue Growth Analytics

• Conduct pricing and profitability analyses to directly inform commercial strategy at both local and EMEA level.
• Build and maintain dashboards and market insight tools that support data-driven decision making.
• Monitor the effectiveness of pricing actions and ensure findings are communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in a commercial, sales, business analytics, or related role.
• Solid understanding of commercial and sales processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Fluency in both Danish and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to work across functions in an international environment.
