Serpier ApS is seeking a Client Manager for the Aarhus office to own customer relationships and ensure value from Navi and the product suite. You will learn customer goals, guide adoption, and collaborate with product and sales to shape the customer experience.

You will onboard new customers, build long-term relationships, and drive retention and expansion while translating feedback to the team. English fluency is essential; Danish is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in client success or account management.
• Strong English communication; Danish is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO, content, or digital marketing.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in plain language.
• Structured, self-driven, dependable on follow-through.
• Curious about how AI is changing marketing.
• bonus if you have worked with SaaS or marketing tech.
