Starwood Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to confidently run a kitchen section, deliver high-quality food, and ensure smooth service across restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations. You will lead a small team, manage stock, and maintain strict hygiene standards within a busy hotel environment.

You will train junior staff, participate in meetings, and support both your team and the wider kitchen goals in a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Experienced working with full menus across restaurant, bar, room service, a la carte and banqueting within a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Run your own kitchen section with pride and deliver high-quality food and smooth service.
• Lead a small team with consistency and care, providing training and supervision.
• Adhere to all Danish food health and safety standards and maintain correct portion control.
