Qualifications

• Experienced working with full buffet set‑up across restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting in a hotel.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain quality standards.
• Skilled in ordering ingredients, stock control, portioning and minimizing waste.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervision of junior kitchen staff.
